Description: Agenda:  Review—every site should have a document library, a picture library and a link library not showing on the quick launch  Review—look at your site and check for spelling errors.  Videos on parts to review—atomic learning  Make a picture library on your home page for our slide show with your pictures—so be sure to bring your memory card or camera!  Look at site http://ipiccy.com/ an online photo editing program you will LOVE to resize pictures if they are too large for the website. Lynsay I can’t wait to see what you think of this!  Look at calendars different views. Tie it into Outlook mail so you can update your calendar from your email!  Add announcements web content!—I really like this! It may be good for Kari and Bob with golf and girls track, and Janelle had mentioned she wanted announcements. Dorothy could find this useful, too!  Add blog with blog service in sharepoint—students and staff log in with K-12 email (only grades 6-12 at this point, but if 3-5 want them I will make them)  Make a blog with Garretson blog server—students and you log in with network login  Anyone want a business card for conferences? Go to Computer, Curriculum, files for USF Participants. I have one you can change data and put your email and website address and print in color.  Anyone have any concerns? Anything else we have time for! You can bring neat snacks and covered drinks! We will meet in Tomi’s Lab as soon as you can so we can do our graze and work session! I am excited to see what we do!
